CONDITIONS <br />1. That this Permit shall be perpetual in its duration so long as the conditions imposed <br />herein are complied with. <br />2. That the Permit is explicitly for the expansion of a lawful nonconforming use on the <br />Subject Property. <br />3. That the Permittee shall provide a Certificate of Survey of the Subject Property prior <br />to issuance of a Building Permit to verify that all setbacks, parking, landscaping, and <br />building coverage standards are in accordance with City Code. <br />4. That this Permit shall remain in effect for all of the Subject Property. The Permittee <br />may not expand the building footprint beyond what is depicted in Exhibit A without <br />amending this Permit. <br />5. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City of Ramsey (the "City") costs <br />incurred in administering and enforcing this Permit. <br />6. The City shall have the right to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes <br />annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. In the event the Permittee is <br />determined to be in violation of any of the conditions set forth herein, the City shall <br />give the Permittee written notice of the violation. The Permittee shall be given 30 <br />days to correct the violation and submit a written response to the notice. <br />7. The Permittee shall amend the Site Plan to comply with the City Staff Review Letter <br />dated May 22, 2017. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution as duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Kuzma, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Strommen <br />Councilmember Riley <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />Councilmember Johns <br />Councilmember LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Shryock <br />Councilmember Williams <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />Page 3 of 7 <br />Resolution #17-06-126 <br />
