Chairperson <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-10- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DENYING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO CINDI AND <br />MICHAEL HEYING AT 17211 WILLEMITE ST. NW (PERMITTEES) FOR THE <br />FRONT YARD SETBACK AND TO CONSTRUCT AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE <br />CLOSER TO THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE THAN THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE <br />AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Cindi and Michael Heying (Permittees) have properly applied for a <br />variance from Section 9.11.02 and Section 9.20.11 of the Ramsey City Code to construct an <br />accessory structure closer to the front property line than the principal structure and to infringe on <br />the frout yard setback requirement on the property generally known as 17211 Willemite St. NW <br />and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 7, Block 1, Golden Eagle Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(Subject Property). <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Board of AdjUstment conducted a public hearing on October 3, <br />2002, pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY.gF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1.
