Chairperson <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-11- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DENYING TIlE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO RONALD <br />CANNER, JR., TO ENCROACH ON THE REQUIRED SETBACK FROM THE <br />ORDINARY HIGH WATER MARK AND THE COUNTY ROAD IN THE SHORELAND . <br />OVERLAY DISTRICT OF ROGERS LAKE, FOR PROPERTY PROPOSED TO BE <br />PLATTED AS LOT I, BLOCK 1, L.P. KEILLOR ADDITION. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ronaid-Canner, Jr., (Applicant) has properly applied for a variance from <br />Section 9.21.04 of the Ramsey City Code to deviate from the minimum setback requirements <br />from the ordinary high water mark and the County roads in the Shoreland Overlay District of <br />Rogers Lake, on .the property generally located on the'north-side of 179~ Lane N.W. (CoUnty <br />Road #27), approximately 330 feet east of C.S._~.H. #7, and proposed to be platted and legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, L.P. Keillor Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota ' <br />(Subject Prope2y). <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on November 7, <br />2002, pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That based on Findings of Fact # a variance to the setback from the Ordinary High <br /> Water and the County road in the Shoreland Overlay 'District of Rogers Lake is hereby <br /> denied for the Subject Property. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this <br />the 7th day of November, 2002. <br /> <br /> <br />
