Chairperson introduced the following resolUtion and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #02-11- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DENYING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO KEVIN AND <br />CHRISTINE GRAPHENTEEN (PERMITTEES) FOR THE SIDE YARD SETBACK FOR <br />CORNER LOTS AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Kevin and Christine Graphenteen (Permittees) have properly applied for a <br />variance from Section 9.20.11 of the Ramsey City Code to construct an accessory structure <br />which infringes on the .side yard setback require, ment for comer lots on the property generally <br />known as 14670 Fluorine St. NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot 11, Block 2, Sunny Ponds 3rd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> (Subject Property). <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public heating on November 7, <br />2002, pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF ILAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as foIlows: <br /> <br />1. That based on Findings of Fact # a variance to the side yard setback for comer lots <br /> on the Subject Property is hereby denied. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly 'seconded by Board Member <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this <br />the 7th day of November, 2002. <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY: <br /> <br />By: By: <br /> Chairperson, Board of Adjustment City Clerk <br /> <br />43 <br /> <br /> <br />
