<br />Councilmember Kuzma introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #17-07-187 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT APPROVAL <br />OF COR STONE BROOK ACADEMY. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> Michael and Kristen Johnson, hereafter referred to as “Developer”, properly applied <br />for Preliminary Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlot B, COR ONE, Anoka County, Minnesota; <br /> <br /> (the ‘Subject Property’); <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />the City of Ramsey received a preliminary plat and final plat for COR Stone Brook <br />Academy, and Site Plan for StoneBrook Academy from the Developer; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , the Planning Commission reviewed the Architectural Design of the proposed <br />building on May 4, 2017; and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> the Ramsey Environmental Policy Board (EPB) considered the landscaping and <br />streetscaping plan on May 15, 2017; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , the Planning Commission reviewed the preliminary plat application on June 1, 2017; <br />and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> on June 1, 2017, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public hearing <br />regarding the proposed preliminary plat; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, on June 13, 2017, the City Council approved the preliminary plat. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1)That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Cor Stone Brook Academy in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the review and approval by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />2)That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Development Agreement for COR Stone Brook <br />Academy and authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to sign on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Johns, and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> Councilmember Williams <br /> <br />
