WHEREAS, on February 14, 2017, the City Council introduced an Ordinance for a Zoning <br />Amendment; and <br />WHEREAS, on January 5, 2017, the Developer submitted the Final Plat for Regency <br />Commons; and <br />WHEREAS, on February 28, 2017, the City Council approved the Final Plat, a Zoning <br />Amendment, a Comprehensive Plan Amendment, Preliminary Plat, Final Plat and Site Plan for <br />Regency Commons. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY , STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Development Agreement for REGENCY <br />COMMONS in accordance with relevant City Codes contingent upon the following conditions: <br />1. Review and approval of construction plans by the City Engineer. <br />2. Review and approval by the City Engineer and Anoka County Highway Department of the <br />proposed phased construction of turn lanes. <br />3.
