4. EDA BUSINESS 4.01: Aeon Purchase Agreement: Multiple Actions Economic Dev. Mgr/Assistant City Administrator Brama presented the staff report. Member Hardin asked if the parcels were being purchased under separate entities and received confirmation that is correct. Motion by Member Skaff, seconded by Member Hardin, to recommend to City ou to approve the second amendment to the original Purchase Agreement between the eon and to approve the second Purchase Agreement with Aeon, for the setogdof their proposed development.
