Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #17-06-141 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH INTERNATIONAL CODE <br />COUNCIL (ICC) <br />WHEREAS, ProjectDox has been approved by City Council, and is being developed for <br />use. Applicants apply online and upload documents electronically. Notations by the plan reviewer <br />are added as an overlay on the electronic plans to provide clear direction for required corrections. <br />Code language is frequently used to convey said requirements. Code language or drawings copied <br />from the ICC are copyright material. <br />WHEREAS, ICC is approving the use of language from their Code to be used by the City of <br />Ramsey plan reviewers in the PIMS/ProjectDox electronic format for a period of three (3) years, for <br />$583.00. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the agreement with ICC for a three (3) year <br />period, for $583.00. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 13th day of June, 2017. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />
