7.02: Consider Adoption of Resolution #17-04-079 Granting Preliminary Plat Approval of <br />Homestead Road Subdivision Located at 7131 166' Avenue NW (Project #16-32); <br />Case of CTW Group, Inc. <br />Community Development Director Gladhill reviewed the staff report and recommendation of the <br />Planning Commission and staff to approve the preliminary plat for Homestead Road Addition <br />contingent upon compliance with the staff review letter. It was noted this is a challenging site to <br />work with based on the amount of wetland and floodplain and the proposed subdivision seems a <br />reasonable use of the property. He noted the developer has shifted Lot 3 in order to maintain the <br />views. <br />Councilmember Kuzma thanked the Planning Commission for their hard work on this plat. <br />Motion by Councilmember Kuzma, seconded by Councilmember Williams, to adopt Resolution <br />#17-04-079 Granting Preliminary Plat Approval of Homestead Road Addition. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor LeTourneau, Councilmembers Kuzma, Williams, <br />Johns, Riley, and Shryock. Voting No: None. Absent: Mayor Strommen. <br />
