CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: 07/25/2017 <br />Submitted For: Patrick Brama, Administrative Services <br />By: Patrick Brama, Administrative Services <br />7. 2. <br />Information <br />Title: <br />REVISED: Resolution #17-07-190 Approving an Assessment Agreement for Public Improvements to Bunker Lake <br />Boulevard and Puma Street <br />Purpose/Background: <br />PURPOSE <br />Consider the attached Assessment Agreement which details how various arterial infrastructure improvements, <br />located along Bunker Lake Boulevard and Puma Street, will be financed. <br />BACKGROUND <br />Please see attached. The Council and EDA reviewed this case, from a preliminary perspective, in April --at which <br />time, they approved the attached MOU. <br />GUESTS <br />Staff anticipates the individuals below to be in attendance at this meeting for this agenda item. These individuals <br />will be available to answer questions and provide additional background information if needed. <br />- Steve Bona of Capstone Homes <br />- Al Pearson of Pearson Farms <br />- John Dobbs, Pearson Farms Broker <br />- Jason Aarsvold of Ehlers <br />- Michael Altimari of Hageman Holdings <br />- Matt Kuker of PSD. <br />Notification: <br />NA <br />Observations/Alternatives: <br />Please see attached overview document. <br />Funding Source: <br />TBD <br />Recommendation: <br />The City Attorney, City Engineer, and Finance Director have reviewed the attached documents. This agreement is <br />consistent with direction from the City Council and EDA in March and April of 2017 (see attached MOU). Staff <br />would recommend approving the attached agreement. <br />NOTE: both property owners have recently made suggested changes to this document. Attached is a redline version <br />and a clean version. <br />
