Councilmember Riley stated that the Public Works Committee has not discussed these streets <br />and asked if there has been thought as to whether the roads need to be redesigned. <br />City Engineer Westby replied that there are not a lot of options for realignment of roads in that <br />area and the intent would be to reconstruct as -is. He stated that if discussions arise with the <br />property owners through this process, that realignment could become an option. <br />Councilmember Riley asked if this is the right time to complete a Feasibility Report. <br />City Engineer Westby stated that the Feasibility Report is the opportunity for staff to delve in <br />deeper to the details and he could incorporate that further direction to explore additional options. <br />Mayor Strommen confirmed that the additional direction should be included with the Feasibility <br />Report. <br />Motion by Councilmember Johns, seconded by Councilmember Williams, to Adopt Resolution <br />#17-070170 Ordering Feasibility Report for Improvement Project #18-02 Hy-10 Ramsey Street <br />Reconstructions and direct staff to investigate additional alternatives. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers Johns, Williams, Kuzma, <br />LeTourneau, Riley, and Shryock. Voting No: None. <br />8. MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br />City Administrator Ulrich announced upcoming meetings and events. <br />Councilmember Shryock thanked staff for their work on the first annual art fair which was held <br />at Elmcrest Park this past weekend. She stated that a fun time was had by all with guests from <br />all over the metro. <br />9.
