Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #17-07-182 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECT #17-10, PUMA STREET UTILITY EXTENSIONS <br />WHEREAS, when Bunker Lake Boulevard was extended west of Armstrong Boulevard <br />in 2006, public utilities (sanitary sewer and watermain) were constructed to a point <br />approximately 2,650 feet west of Bunker Lake Boulevard; and <br />WHEREAS, public utilities were not constructed under the remaining section of Bunker <br />Lake Boulevard, east of its intersection with Puma Street, or under Puma Street north of Bunker <br />Lake Boulevard; and <br />WHEREAS, current and future development proposals in the Future Business Park area <br />will require public utilities to serve the developments; and <br />WHEREAS, the Riverstone Development proposes to construct numerous residential <br />properties in the fall of 2017 that will require utility services; and <br />WHEREAS, an Assessment Agreement exists to help pay for 40% of the project costs to <br />extend utilities along Puma Street. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) The City Administrator is hereby authorized to execute a contract with Bolton & Menk, Inc. to <br />prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvements per the proposal <br />dated June 20, 2017. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Resolution #17-07-182 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
