Appendix A <br />Project Description <br />PSD, LLC intends to construct a speculative 56,000 square foot, high quality, industrial building with 24 foot <br />clear heights facing Highway 10. The building will include enhanced architectural features such as color <br />variations and raised parapet walls to denote building entrances, as well as glass curtain wall, or similar <br />feature visible from Highway 10. The developer will be constructing an internal road to maximize the <br />development of the site and the City will provide them a pay-as-you-go TIF note for qualified costs. <br />Appendix A-1 <br />
