Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #17-07-168 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #18-00 <br />STANHOPE TERRACE STREET RECONSTRUCTIONS <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to reconstruct approximately 0.52 miles of <br />streets within the Stanhope Terrace development, and to assess benefitted properties for all or a <br />portion of the cost of the improvements, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429, the City <br />Charter, and the City's adopted Special Assessments Policy. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the proposed improvements, designated as Improvement Project No. 18-00, be referred to <br />the City Engineer for study, and that the City Engineer is instructed to report to the Council with <br />all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed <br />improvements are necessary, cost-effective, and feasible; whether they should best be made as <br />proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement; the estimated cost of the <br />improvements as recommended; and a description of the methodology used to calculate <br />individual assessments for benefitted properties. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />RESOLUTION #17-07-168 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
