CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: 07/11/2017 <br />By: Tim Gladhill, Community Development <br />4. 5. <br />Information <br />Title <br />Approve Amendment to Comprehensive Plan Amendment Application for Armstrong West Area <br />Purpose/Background: <br />In February, 2017, the City Council authorized an Application for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment for the area <br />generally west of Armstrong Boulevard along Bunker Lake Boulevard and Puma Street. The Amendment included <br />two (2) general areas. <br />1. Future Business Park <br />2. Riverstone Addition (Capstone Homes) <br />This Amendment combined these two projects into one (1) Application. For clarity in final approval, Staff desires to <br />separate these as separate amendments. The adjustment also reflects Preliminary Plat Approval for Riverstone <br />Addition. <br />Notification: <br />Notification is not required to update the Application for Comprehensive Plan Amendment to separate the two <br />projects. <br />Funding Source: <br />This case is being handled as part of normal Staff duties. <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends approval of the attached resolutions.
