CC Regular Session 4. 8. <br />Meeting Date: 07/11/2017 <br />By: Chris Anderson, Community <br />Development <br />Information <br />Title <br />Adopt Resolution #17-07-164 Granting Approval of a Revised Final Plat and Amended Development Agreement <br />for Trott Brook Addition (Project No. 103); Case of Trott Brook Hall <br />Purpose/Background: <br />On June 13, 2017, the City Council approved a Final Plat and Development Agreement for Trott Brook Addition, <br />along with a Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit, for a planned building and parking lot expansion for Trott <br />Brook Hall.
