Lots 1-2, Block 1, Trott Brook Addition <br />(the Subject Property'); <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey received an application for a Conditional Use Permit, <br />Site Plan, Sketch Plan and Final Plat for Trott Brook Addition from the Developer on April 6, <br />2017; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan on May 4, 2017; and; <br />WHEREAS, on May 4, 2017, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public <br />hearing regarding the Conditional Use Permit and reviewed the Site Plan and Minor Plat as well; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Conditional Use Permit, Site Plan and Final <br />Plat of Trott Brook Addition June 13, 2017; and <br />WHEREAS, on June 28, 2017, the City of Ramsey received a revised Final Plat. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of a revised final plat for Trott Brook <br />Addition and an amended Development Agreement in accordance with relevant City <br />Codes, subject to the following conditions: <br />a) Compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated June 9, 2017. <br />b) The Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. <br />c) Revised Final Plat and amended Development Agreement subject to review and <br />approval as to legal form by the City Attorney. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 11th day of July, 2017. <br />Mayor <br />Resolution #17-07-164 <br />Page 2of3 <br />
