<br /> <br />Vice Chair VanScoy agreed and believed this was an exciting project that had great value. He <br />stated it would be a great fit for The COR. <br /> <br />Commissioner Anderson suggested the location of the proposed development be moved to a <br />COR1 area. <br /> <br />Further discussion ensued regarding the differences between COR1 and COR2. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Gladhill summarized the comments made by the Commission <br />and understood there was general consensus for the project, noting details still had to be worked <br />out. <br /> <br />7. COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE ITEMS <br /> <br />Community Development Director Gladhill had no update on the Comprehensive Plan at this <br />time. <br /> <br />8.
