Councilmember ______ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #17-08-205 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT APPROVAL OF <br />ANOKA HENNEPIN 2 ADDITION <br />ND <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> Anoka Hennepin School District No. 11, hereafter refer <br />applied for Final Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br /> \[insert prior to executing\] <br /> <br /> (Subject Property); <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Anoka Hennepin 2 nd Addition in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes. Approval of said plat does not approve any structures on the <br />property. <br />2. That the Ramsey City Council hereby approved the Development Agreement for Anoka Hennepin 2 nd <br />Addition and authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to sign on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember ____, and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 22 nd day of <br />August, 2017. <br /> <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />
