FIRST AMENDMENT <br />TO <br />LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> <br /> This Amendment is to the Lease Agreement dated August 1, 2015, by and <br />City of RamseyNorthern Light Church <br />between the and , a copy of which is attached <br />hereto. The Lease Agreement is hereby modified as follows: <br /> <br />Term. <br /> <br />1. The term of the Lease Agreement is extended two years, until midnight on <br />October 31, 2019. In no event may Tenant terminate this Lease, as amended, <br />earlier than October 31, 2018. <br />Rent. <br /> <br />2. <br />without demand, monthly rent in the following amounts: <br />Year 3 (11/1/17 through 10/31/18): $2,876.10 <br />Year 4 (11/1/18 through 10/31/19): $2,962.38 <br />Remaining Terms. <br /> <br />3. All other terms of the original Lease Agreement remain in <br />effect.
