R <br />D <br />evelopment eport <br /> <br />Your Source for Development News in Ramsey <br />Residents can see quite a bit of activity along Bunker <br />Lake Boulevard west of Armstrong Boulevard. Construc- <br />tion has begun on a new 293 lot single-family subdivision <br />known as Riverstone being constructed by Capstone <br />Homes. PSD, LLC has also begun construction on a new <br />45 acre industrial park in this area. Finally, the City is up- <br />dating public infrastructure to serve this area with improve- <br />ments and utility extensions for Bunker Lake Boulevard and <br />Puma Street. While these projects are beginning, additional <br />projects in the vicinity are being reviewed by the City. <br />Construction has also begun on a number of addi- <br />tional residential subdivisions. <br />Stone Brook Academy Site Plan <br />COR.
