<br />Councilmember LeTourneau introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #17-08-188 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF GREENWAY TERRACE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> Aeon, hereafter referred to as “Developer”, properly applied for final plat <br />approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />TH <br />Outlot A, RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 7 ADDITION <br /> <br /> (Subject Property) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />on June 27, 2017, the Environmental Policy Board reviewed the proposed <br />minor subdivision as a sketch plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />on July 6, 2017 the Planning Commission reviewed the proposed minor <br />subdivision as a sketch plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> on August 22, 2017, the City Council approved the Final Plat for <br />GREENWAY TERRACE; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , on June 1, 2017, the Developer submitted the Final Plat for Greenway <br />Terrace. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY , STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to GREENWAY TERRACE in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes contingent upon compliance with the City Staff Review <br />Letter dated July 27, 2017, approval by the City Engineer, and the Developer entering into a <br />Development Agreement with the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Shryock, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Williams <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br />
