City of <br />RAMSEY <br />March 9, 2017 <br />Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />City of Ramsey <br />7550 Sunwood Drive <br />Ramsey, MN 55303 <br />Re: Feasibility Report - City of Ramsey Improvement Project #17-00 <br />Sunwood Drive Reconstruction <br />Dear Mayor and City Council Members: <br />Transmitted herewith is a Feasibility Report for the proposed Sunwood Drive Reconstruction project <br />between Ramsey Boulevard/CSAH 56 and Bunker Lake Boulevard/CSAH 116 which examines the <br />feasibility of reconstructing the bituminous street section and completing other appurtenant <br />improvements. <br />This Feasibility Report examines the scope of the proposed improvements, explores estimated <br />costs and available funding sources, defines a preliminary project schedule, and determines the <br />necessity, feasibility and general cost-effectiveness of the proposed improvements, including any <br />alternate designs, as well as whether the improvements would best be completed separately or in <br />conjunction with another project. <br />I would be happy to discuss this report with you at your convenience.
