The City is in the process of updating The COR <br />Development Plan, and is seeking assistance in reconciling a revised/restated vision with infrastructure <br />analysis. The project will also provide an opportunity to analyze cost -benefit ratio and innovative ways to <br />achieve a unique vision. The project will also include opportunities for retail analysis, parking district <br />strategies and plans, architectural design standards, and strategies to integrate public engagement into <br />policy analysis. <br />Policy Analysis <br />• How do we best integrate public engagement in plan development in a timely fashion? <br />• Is the current land use plan sustainable from a visionary and economic standpoint? <br />• How do we best measure market relevance and return on investment? <br />• How do we best maximize future land use? <br />• How can we best accommodate incremental improvements without losing the ability for key <br />investments such as parks and parking districts? <br />Implementation Plan and Action Steps <br />The deliverables from this Project will be used to reconcile a revised vision laid out by our Planning <br />Commission with the System Plan Analysis and Project Pro -Forma developed by our Economic <br />Development Team. Ultimately, this will lead to a Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Zoning <br />Amendment to the Master Plan for The COR. <br />Sustainability and Resiliency Impacts <br />• Community Livability. Community livability is a key component of the plans for The COR. The <br />intent of this development was to create a vibrant destination with a variety of uses within walking <br />It is our mission to work together to responsibly grow our community, and to provide quality, cost-effective and efficient government services. <br />
