One of the primary findings of this survey continues to be strategies to create additional <br />opportunities for residents to participate in the community, civic engagement, and volunteerism. <br />Policy Analysis <br />• How can we provide opportunities for our community members that want to be engaged in <br />community? <br />• What programs and services would add value to our community? <br />Implementation Plan and Action Steps <br />The deliverables created by this Project will be utilized to create the City's first Volunteer Program. <br />Sustainability and Resiliency Notes <br />• Enhancing Public Participation Opportunities. A key initiative of our Strategic Plan is a Smart, <br />Citizen -Focused Government. We have made great strides in improving our connection with <br />residents on project review and policy analysis.
