Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #17-09-230 <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING AN AMENDMENT TO THE DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT FOR COR THREE NORTH COMMONS <br />WHEREAS, The City and Purmort Homes entered into a Development Agreement to <br />govern construction of the North Commons housing development. <br />WHEREAS, Sidewalk construction is Stage I Improvement under the Agreement, and is <br />the obligation of Purmort Homes. <br />WHEREAS, Purmort Homes wishes to delay completion of the sidewalks due to <br />conflicts with water and sanitary sewer connection. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the amendment to the Development Agreement <br />for COR Three North Commons and authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to execute <br />said amendment on behalf of the City.. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 12th day of September, 2017. <br />
