WHEREAS, on July 6, 2017, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public hearing and <br />recommended approval of the proposed Preliminary Plat, Zoning Amendment, and Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendment; and <br />WHEREAS, on July 25, 2017, the City Council approved the Preliminary Plat, approved the <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment contingent upon approval by the Metropolitan Council, and introduced <br />an Ordinance to rezone the Subject Property. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Final Plat and Development Agreement for <br />Estates of Silver Oaks 2nd Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes and authorizes the Mayor <br />and City Administrator to sign on behalf of the City contingent upon the following: <br />a) Compliance with City Staff Technical Review Dated 5/25/17 and revised 8/23/17. <br />b) Mn/DOT Review and Approval and Right of Way permitting. <br />c) The Development Agreement approved as to legal form by the City Attorney. <br />d) Metropolitan Council approving the request for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment. <br />e) Adoption of Ordinance #17-09 rezoning the Subject Property. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by , and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 12tn <br />day of September, 2017 <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />RESOLUTION #17-09-219 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
