Motion carried. <br />Motion by Councilmember LeTourneau, seconded by Councilmember Johns, to Adopt Resolution <br />#17-07-160 Identifying Findings, Approving a Comprehensive Plan Amendment, Contingent <br />Upon Metropolitan Council Approval, to Change a Land Use Designation on the Proposed Plat of <br />Estates of Silver Oaks 2nd Addition from Rural Developing to Low Density Residential, and <br />Authorizing City Staff to Submit an Application to the Metropolitan Council for an Amendment <br />to the Comprehensive Plan and to Adopt Resolution #17-07-161 Granting Preliminary Plat <br />Approval of Estates of Silver Oaks 2nd Addition. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers LeTourneau, Johns, Kuzma, <br />Riley, Shryock, and Williams. Voting No: None. <br />
