The plans need a legend on every sheet showing every line type and symbol used on that <br />sheet. The scale and shape of the symbols in the legend must match the plan view. <br />2. The lines under text must be broken to make the text legible. <br />3. Lot 5, Block 2 is proposing a new driveway onto TH 47. Approval for a new driveway is <br />required from MNDOT. <br />Removals: <br />1. A removal sheet must be added to the set showing all items to be removed. The removed <br />items must not appear on the construction sheets. <br />2. Add sawcut lines for removing existing pavement. Identify quantity of bituminous to <br />remove. Move removals to the Removal Sheet. <br />3. Clarify if the existing house will remain or be removed. <br />Cl: <br />
