Under inspections add note: "Email inspection reports to City weekly. Submit full set of <br />inspection reports prior to project close out." <br />2. Under temporary erosion control change "14 days" to "7 days" in all locations. <br />3. Under project closeout add note:"City must approve Notice of Termination before it is <br />submitted." <br />1. The minimum grade on all lots in all directions shall be 2.0% or greater. <br />2. Turn off all of the tree symbols on this page that are shown to be removed on sheet T1 <br />3. Add tree protection fence to show limits of clearing. <br />4. Show proposed elevations at all lot corners. <br />5. Silt fence must be added along the front lot lines. <br />6. Show the jacking pit location with silt fence.
