Approve the attached resolution. <br />The attached resolution covers the six (6) items outlined in the background section of this case. Items #1 through #5 <br />are administrative in nature, and are consistent with past approvals (purchase agreement). With this resolution, we <br />are simply formalizing said actions (Items #1 through #5). Item #6 has been reviewed by the EDA and CMDC and <br />both have recommended approval.
