PUBLIC HEARING <br />6.01: Public Hearing to Consider Adoption of Resolution #17-07-177 Awarding a Business <br />Subsidy to PSD LLC Business Park, Building B, Adrenaline Sports Center, Public <br />Financing Agreement <br />Presentation <br />Asst. City Administrator/Economic Development Manager Brama reviewed the staff report and <br />recommendation to adopt Resolution #17-07-177 awarding a business subsidy to PSD LLC. He <br />noted that Ehlers provided a memorandum in which they state that the pro -forma and <br />sources/uses provided by PSD can be substantiated unduly enriching the developer and meeting <br />industry standards and that the project meets the "but -for" test. He stated that staff believes that <br />this project helps to accomplish several City Council Strategic Goals, EDA Workplan Goals, and <br />will result in several ancillary benefits for the community. He noted that this project is not using <br />TIF and therefore will be an immediate positive impact to the City's tax capacity. <br />City Council / July 25, 2017 <br />Page 3 of 17 <br />
