WHEREAS <br /> , on February 2, 2017, the Planning Commission conducted a Public Hearing <br />on the Preliminary Plat for REGENCY COMMONS; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> on February 14, 2017, the City Council introduced an Ordinance for a Zoning <br />Amendment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , on January 5, 2017, the Developer submitted the Final Plat for Regency <br />Commons; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , on February 28, 2017, the City Council approved the Final Plat, a Zoning <br />Amendment, a Comprehensive Plan Amendment, Preliminary Plat, Final Plat and Site Plan for <br />Regency Commons; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , on June 13, 2017, the City Council approved a Development Agreement for <br />Regency Commons; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , on August 17, 2017, the Developer requested revisions to the approved <br />Development Agreement. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY , STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves an Amended Development Agreement for <br />REGENCY COMMONS in accordance with relevant City Codes contingent upon the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br /> <br />1.Review and approval of construction plans by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />2.Incorporation of date of revisions for final plan set. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Shryock, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Acting Mayor LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Williams <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #17-09-229 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
