<br />Councilmember Shryock introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #17-09-219 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />ND <br />APPROVAL OF ESTATES OF SILVER OAKS 2 ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> Royal Oaks Realty, hereafter referred to as “Developer”, properly applied for Final <br />Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />That part of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 32, Range <br />25 lying Easterly of the East Right of Way line of Trunk Highway No. 47 described as <br />follows: Commencing at the intersection with the North line of said Northeast Quarter <br />and the centerline of Trunk Highway No. 47, thence South 03 degrees 05 minutes East <br />540.55 feet, thence South 01 degrees 52 minutes East along said centerline 602.85 feet to <br />the point of beginning of land to be described, thence continuing along said centerline on <br />a tangent curve to the left whose radius is 1,038.81 feet, 93.85 feet, thence South 85 <br />degrees 12 minutes 47 seconds East 273.55 feet, thence South 20 degrees 12 minutes 47 <br />seconds East to intersection with the South Line of the North Half of the Northeast <br />Quarter, thence East along said South line to the intersection with the Southwest corner <br />of Lot 1, Block 4, Barthel's Rum River Acres 2nd Addition, thence North along the West <br />line of said Lot 1, Block 4, 360.10 feet, thence North 89 degrees 38 minutes 25 seconds <br />West 894.39 feet to the centerline of said Trunk Highway No. 47, thence South along said <br />centerline to the point of beginning except the following described tract, commencing at <br />the Southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 4, Barthel's Rum River Acres 2nd Addition, thence <br />North along the West line of said Lot 157.48 feet, thence North 85 degrees 38 minutes 25 <br />seconds West 200 feet, thence South 00 degrees 19 minutes West to the South line of the <br />North half of the Northeast Quarter, thence Easterly along said South line to the <br />Southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 4, of said plat, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />TOGETHER WITH <br /> <br />Outlot A, ESATES OF SILVER OAKS ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> (the ‘Subject Property’); <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />the City of Ramsey received an application for Sketch Plan for Estates of Silver <br />nd <br />Oaks 2 Addition from Royal Oaks Realty on May 4, 2017; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , the Planning Commission reviewed the Sketch Plan on June 1, 2017; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , the City of Ramsey received an application for Preliminary Plat, Zoning <br />nd <br />Amendment, and Comprehensive Plan Amendment for Estates of Silver Oaks 2 Addition on June 1, <br />2017; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> the Ramsey Environmental Policy Board (EPB) considered tree preservation, <br /> <br />landscape plan, and potential wetland impacts pertaining to the preliminary plat on June 19, 2017; and <br /> <br />
