PUBLIC HEARINGS/COMMISSION BUSINESS <br />5.01: Public Hearing: Consider Variance to Cu1-de-Sac Length for Riverstone Phase 1; <br />Case of Riverstone Development, LLC (Capstone Homes) <br />Public Hearing <br />Chairperson Bauer called the public hearing to order at 7:01 p.m. <br />Presentation <br />Community Development Director Gladhill presented the staff report stating this case was <br />withdrawn after a Public Hearing Notice was sent. The Developer will now be making a second <br />connection with Phase 1 to eliminate a cul-de-sac condition that exceeds 600 feet in length. The <br />only action necessary at this time is to close the Public Hearing to avoid any ambiguity. <br />Citizen Input <br />Motion by Commissioner VanScoy, seconded by Commissioner Surma, to close the public <br />hearing. <br />Motion Carried.
