Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #17-09-244 <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING AN AMENDMENT TO THE DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT FOR RIVERSTONE <br />WHEREAS, The City and Capstone Homes (dba Riverstone Development, LLC) entered <br />into a Development Agreement to govern construction of the Riverstone housing development. <br />WHEREAS, Riverstone Development wishes to clarify the detail supporting Park <br />Dedication and Trail Development obligations. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the amendment to the Development Agreement <br />for Riverstone and authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to execute said amendment on <br />behalf of the City. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 26th day of September, 2017. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />
