13. Survival. Except to the extent expressly modified, supplemented or amended in this Rider, the <br />Loan Documents remain in full force and effect. <br />14. Counterparts. This Rider may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which <br />when executed and delivered shall be an original, but such counterparts shall together constitute one and the <br />same instrument. The production of any executed counterpart of this Rider shall be sufficient for all purposes <br />without producing any other counterpart thereof. <br />15. Non -recourse. Payment and performance of the obligations set forth in the Loan Documents <br />shall be non -recourse to Borrower and Borrower's general and limited partners and the Lender's sole recourse <br />with respect to repayment of the Loan shall be the right to foreclose under the Mortgage and other collateral <br />forming part of the Loan Documents. <br />US.113578590.01 <br />
