This Statute applies to the Ramsey Happy Days Festival. Attached to this case is a resolution to formally <br />accept donations for the Ramsey Happy Days Festival. Staff anticipates this resolution to be reviewed and adopted <br />by the City Council on an annual basis. <br />Also attached to this case is a current copy of the 2017 Happy Days Festival budget, for your reference.
