Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #17-09-236 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE "PROPOSED" 2018 CITY OF RAMSEY GENERAL <br />FUND OPERATING BUDGET <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the "Proposed" annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning <br />January 1, 2018 is hereby adopted for the General Fund as follows: <br />GENERAL FUND <br />Revenues: <br />Property Taxes $ 9,400,242 <br />Licenses and Permits 512,750 <br />Intergovernmental Revenues 359,750 <br />Charges for Services 710,244 <br />Fines and Forfeitures 68,700 <br />Other Revenues - <br />Interest Earnings 70,000 <br />Miscellaneous 31,000 <br />Other Financing Sources 970,598 <br />Total Revenues $12.123.284 <br />Operating and Capital Expenditures: <br />General Government $ 3,355,433 <br />Public Safety 5,099,197 <br />Public Works 2,250,249 <br />Parks and Recreation 1,241,950 <br />Contingency 57,000 <br />Other Financing Uses 119,455 <br />Total Operating and Capital Expenditures $ 12.123.284 <br />2) That the Finance Director be directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the <br />Anoka County Auditor's office on or before Friday, September 29, 2017. <br />That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />
