Community Development Director Gladhill reviewed the staff report and recommendation to adopt Resolution #17-09-215 granting approval of the Final Plat for Gobernatz 3rd Addition and vacating certain drainage and utility easements on the subject property. Public Hearing Motion by Councilmember Shryock, seconded by Councilmember Williams, to open the public hearing. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor LeTourneau, Councilmembers Shryock, Williams, Kuzma, and Riley. Voting No: None. Absent: Mayor Strommen and Councilmember Johns. The public hearing was opened at 7:07 p.m. Citizen Input There was none. Motion by Councilmember Riley, seconded by Councilmember Williams, to close the public hearing. Motion carried.
