<br />Councilmember LeTourneau introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #17-09-236 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE “PROPOSED” 2018 CITY OF RAMSEY GENERAL <br />FUND OPERATING BUDGET <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the “Proposed” annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning <br />January 1, 2018 is hereby adopted for the General Fund as follows: <br /> <br />GENERAL FUND <br /> <br /> Revenues: <br /> Property Taxes $ 9,400,242 <br /> Licenses and Permits 512,750 <br /> Intergovernmental Revenues 359,750 <br /> Charges for Services 710,244 <br /> <br /> Fines and Forfeitures68,700 <br /> <br /> Other Revenues- <br /> Interest Earnings 70,000 <br /> Miscellaneous 31,000 <br /> Other Financing Sources 970,598 <br />Total Revenues$12,123,284 <br /> <br /> <br /> Operating and Capital Expenditures: <br /> General Government $ 3,355,433 <br /> Public Safety 5,099,197 <br /> Public Works 2,250,249 <br /> Parks and Recreation 1,241,950 <br /> Contingency 57,000 <br /> Other Financing Uses 119,455 <br />Total Operating and Capital Expenditures$ 12,123,284 <br /> <br /> <br />2) That the Finance Director be directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the <br />Anoka County Auditor’s office on or before Friday, September 29, 2017. <br /> <br />That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Johns and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Williams <br /> <br />
