All improvements and <br />specifications shall be pre -approved by the City, with the Developer bearing all costs of bidding, <br />administration, permitting (if any) as well as construction administration. One element of <br />considerable discussion in May was the width of the greenway — and a concern that it was too <br />narrow and not conducive for the movement of wildlife. On the drawings, the thick black <br />easement line was traced with a red dashed line. These lines represent the area that would be <br />subject to Park Dedication credit (the 10' foot bituminous trail, plus the 2' clear zone on either <br />side). The dimensions are indicated in white on the drawing.
