NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to North Valley, Inc. for <br />1) <br />Improvement Project #17-00, Sunwood Drive Reconstruction in the amount of <br />$284,707.20. <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City <br />2) <br />Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. <br /> <br />That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving <br />3) <br />payment of bills for the date of September 26, 2017. <br /> <br />That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this <br />4) <br />resolution <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Johns, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Williams <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />th <br />the 26 day of September, 2017. <br /> <br /> __________________________________________ <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />Resolution #17-09-240 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
