This is not reflected in Exhibit B; this is reflected in <br />Exhibit C. <br />2. Riverstone has requested certain Phase 1B infrastructure improvements be constructed early. As a result, <br />Phase 1B costs will increase by an estimated $50,000, to account for a temporary gravel road.
