Sec. 117-122. - Public/Quasi-Public District. <br />(a) Intent. The intent of the Public/Quasi-Public District is to provide for and regulate uses that are public <br />or semi-public in nature and to provide the community with area designated specifically for open <br />spaces, community gathering places, public and private recreational spaces, educational facilities, and <br />government buildings. <br />(b) Permitted uses. <br />(1) Government buildings and facilities. <br />(2) Public recreational facilities. <br />(3) Private recreational facilities including golf courses. <br />(4) Schools, public and private. <br />(5) Private utility substations. <br />(6) Municipal utility substations. <br />(c) Conditional uses. <br />1. Solar Energy Systems as a principal use <br />(sd) Site plan required. Any construction of buildings in the Public/Quasi-Public District will be subject to <br />the site plan review process, as outlined in section 117-54. <br />(Code 1978, § 9.20.29; Ord.
