<br />Councilmember LeTourneau introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #17-10-259 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR GREENWAY <br />TERRACE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> Aeon Portfolio II LLC hereafter referred to as “Developer”, properly applied <br />for Final Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />th <br />Outlot A, Ramsey Town Center 7 Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> (Subject Property) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> on June 27, 2017, the Environmental Policy Board reviewed the proposed <br />minor subdivision as a sketch plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />on July 6, 2017 the Planning Commission reviewed the proposed minor <br />subdivision as a sketch plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> on August 22, 2017, the City Council approved the Final Plat for <br />GREENWAY TERRACE; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , on June 1, 2017, the Developer submitted the Final Plat for Greenway <br />Terrace. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY , STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Development Agreement for GREENWAY <br />TERRACE in accordance with relevant City Codes contingent upon the following conditions: <br /> <br /> <br />1.Review and approval of construction plans by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />2.Incorporation of date of revisions for final plan set. <br /> <br />3.Review and approval as to legal from by the City Attorney. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Shryock, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
