<br />Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # 17-10-260 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT APPROVAL OF COR STONE <br />BROOK ACADEMY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> MK Johnson Properties, LLC, hereafter referred to as “Developer”, properly <br />received Final Plat and Site Plan approval of the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlot B, COR One, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> (the ‘Subject Property’); <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />the CITY requires that the DEVELOPER enter into a Development Agreement <br />with the CITY to ensure the timely installation of required improvements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1)That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants Development Agreement approval for COR <br />STONE BROOK ACADEMY with MK Johnson Properties, LLC and authorizes the Mayor <br />and City Administrator to sign on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Johns, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None (a vacancy exists) <br /> <br /> <br />
