Estates, on the west side of Mississippi. West Regional Park, hag been completed and contains 57 <br />residential lots (Boos, 1995). The subdivision to the ea~ of' Mississippi West Re~onal Park is Rivenwick. <br />This subdivision is currently under constructi°n, but will eventually contain 97 lots, A Small boat dock <br />e,xists in this development that is accessible by a paved walking trail. This dock is intended for the use o£ <br />Rivenwick homeowners only. <br /> <br /> A bridge corridor lot a,,cists over the western portion of the park (Cox, 1995). This is a river <br />crossing that will join with County Road 116 to the north in the crty of Rxmsey and to Highway 610 to the <br />south in the caY of Dayton. Minnesota Deparanent of Transportation .(MNDOT) estimates place the <br />construction of the bridge ar least 5-10 years from present.
