W.
Ramsey, MN. 55303
Attn' Steve Jankowski

Dear Mr. Jankowski

This letter is to voice my deep concerns on the strong intention to close the cross
over on Hwy 10 to Feldspar street. The cross over is a major entrance to my
business not only for retail customers, but also for shipping product to the store. It
is estimated that eighty percent of our customer base comes to the store from the
east, crossing over at this intersection.

To the best of my knowledge never has one of our customers been involved in an
accident at this intersection. -

The majority of product delivered to the store is done in 48 to 53 foot van semis,
that comes also from the east. We unload anywhere from 25-to 50 semi's a week
depending on the season. If these semis are not allowed direct access to our lot,
they will be forced to drive thru residential areas that are east and west of the
store.

The representative from the state that was at the meeting in September, said that
the intersection at Sunfish Lake .and Ramsey boulevard would be expanded to
allow these semi's to do U turns so that they could get into Anoka Ramsey Sport
Center and Pro Sporting Goods.

17
