Assistant Community Development Director Trudgeon advised W. Properties is proposing.to <br />construct a 42,240 square foot office-warehouse facility on a Lot 3. BloCk 1, Gateway North <br />Industrial Park No. 5. He stated Welle Construction and Prism Electric will occupy~ the facility. <br />He indicated the subject property is approximately 3.64 acres in size and iS-zoned E-2 <br />Bnaployment. <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development Director Trudgeon indicated the site plan meets the front <br />yard, side vard, rear yard, and parking/maneuvering setbacks established in CiW Code. The site': <br />plan also complies with off-street parking requirements with 73?:.'p.arl~'~g, stalls being provided. <br />He stated the exterior materials will consist of concrete panels"~hd the ~t:~eture will not exceed <br />28 feet in height.
